Returns
You can return your product within 7 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-returnable items include: Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts. Earbuds and headphones that have been unsealed (due to hygiene reasons). Gift cards or downloadable software products.
Return Process

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method. If rejected due to non-compliance with our policy, you will be notified via email or phone.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
